Once the order has been placed, it can neither be changed nor canceled. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct when placing the order, as we cannot be responsible for wrong shipping addresses regardless of the reason. It'll also be impossible for us to change the shipping address once the order is placed, so please make sure that you've entered the correct details while placing the order. In case there is any error from your side in specifying the shipping address, you will be responsible for any additional (shipping) fee that the carrier might levy in order to deliver your order to you.
For items shipped from Europe i.e. the UK and France
We do not accept returns of any item originating from outside the US. Please refer to the size chart carefully before placing the order.
For items shipped from the US
The return policy for items shipped from the US is only applicable to misprinted, damaged, and defective items. Please submit a claim within 14 days from the date the product was received by you. Once it is determined that the product was indeed damaged, defective, or if there was an error concerning printing, we will submit your order for a refund or replacement.
What if the item is damaged or incorrect?
In case you receive a damaged or an incorrect product, please contact us at support@lifehearted.com along with the images of the defective product within 14 days of receiving the product.
What if the package was lost in transit?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to support@lifehearted.com within 14 days from the estimated delivery date provided to you.
